We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa for on-line purchases. Personal checks can be used only for orders placed with me direct. Based in Virginia, tax is 6%. Wholesalers with quantified order & valid license, tax will be waived. Custom or special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

 

Shipping

We ship via us postal service, first class for 9.95 including insurance and delivery confirmation in the USA. Your piece(s) will be gift boxed w/ ribbon and DFD gift card. For International orders, pls call or e-mail to discuss details. Pieces shipped within 5 days of order.

WE LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS, especially brides and bridal parties! Please e-mail or call to discuss your vision.

 

Return Policy

WE want you to LOVE your DFD Jewelry so if you are not satisfied, please return for a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days and up to 14 days for exchange or store credit. Please e-mail me to notify of a return/exchange to expedite the process. Custom or special orders are final sale.

 

Repairs

We will repair your jewelry up to 60 days of purchase free of charge. After 60 days, a small materials/labor/shipping fee will be charged. Lose a DFD earring? Send me a picture and I will make another for ½ the price as long as I have the materials.

Our Materials

Debra Fabian Design Jewelry uses cultured freshwater pearls, an array of semi-precious stones and Swarovski® crystals. Pearls and semi precious stones will have irregularities and subtle variations which are part of their beauty and uniqueness since they are naturally occurring. The metals used are sterling silver, fine silver,14 karat gold filled and 14kg vermeil.
